Learning in School is Fun

Gian is really excited in going to school, because there he can find a lot of friends there and learn too. 
While Baby Gene here is also excited in schooling, even if she's only 1year and 7months you can see how she hooks and interest in school, she even help his kuya in doing some of the homeworks.
 She is also dress up like his kuya's uniform because there are some excess materials when making Gian's uniform, and so we decided to make also one for her little sister.

Here's how they commute in going to school, we take a ride through a tricycle and pay eight pesos as our fare, from house to the school. They love commuting specially when their father can give them a ride at his motorcycle, but we can only do that when my hubby is in night shift as a Policeman in our city.

 Here is the inside classroom of my son Gian, he loves to go around there classsroom and sometimes he likes looking in the pictures of there books.
                                                             Here he is in answering one of the teachers questions. He love's to speak in english...

So therefore learning in school is very fun for them, they make a lots of friends, join good parties and activities along with their classmates and teachers. ENJOY WHILE LEARNING...

Dream Come True

Since i was a kid i dream that one day i will meet McDonalds in some place, kahit na statue lang, since i'm from Mindanao in a town named Cabadbaran i wasn't able to see or go to other places far from my town. Wala pang McDo sa amin noon or kahit na sa kalapit naming syudad ang Butuan City... Kaya naman ngayon na malaki na ako at nalaman kong mag-tatayo na ng McDo branch sa karatig bayan namin ay natuwa ako, ibang tuwa ang hatid nito sakin kasi alam ko eto na ang katuparan ng pangarap kong makita ng harapan si McDonalds, na di gaya ng dati na laging sa TV ko lang eto nakikita. So the day came, i go to butuan city at bago pa ako pumasok sa pinto ng Mcdo ayun na nakita ko na si McDonalds nasa labas nakatayo(statue) hinawakan ko kamay niya at pumasok na ako. bago pa ako umorder ng makakain may nakita akong isang statue sa loob ng branch laking tuwa ko kasi si McDonalds yun na nakaupo, so i grab my camera and ask a crew to take this photo, and said this is my chance to make my dream come true, and after that kumain na ako, full of hapiness para akong bumalik sa pagka bata, iba yung feeling, sobrang saya at tuwa... Ngayon may mga anak na ako at lagi ko silang dinadala sa McDo para maranasan din nila ang tuwa na nadama ko...

I found this HELLO KITTY FUN DIPPERS Biscuit Sticks w/ hazelnut dip at Butuan City Mercury Drug Store, and since i'm a Hello Kitty Fanatic, i buy one to try...

(nagmamaktol si baby, hehehe sabi ko kasi kunan natin ng litrato,

akala naman niya kukunin ko sa kanya kaya ayan naka simangot... hehehehe)

I forgot the Price of that food but i'm sure its below 50pesos...

Siguro mga 20 stick bread yung laman.

Then yung dip naman halos kalahati lang,

kaya ang nangyayari mas una mo pang mauubos yung dip keysa sa stick bread nito.

Pero ok lang sulit naman eto kasi masarap...

Love Of Pizza

I definitely LOVE PIZZA, thick or thin crust, meaty or cheesy...

But since walang branches ang mga tindahan na yan dito sa lugar namin ay kailangan ko pang dumayo sa ibang syudad na malapit samin.Buti nalang at minsan nanalo sa sa isang promo ng TREND MICRO PILIPINAS yung WEEKLY GIVEAWAY nila. Nanalo ako ng worth 1,500 na SODEXO Gift Certificates.

Umabot din yata ng mga 2 weeks yun bago nila naipadala sakin yung GC's , but i understand them kasi naman ang layo ko.

At syempre nung natangap ko na,

At yung GC's ko ay for PIZZA HUT only...

So we decided to order the HAWAIIAN STUFF CRUST PIZZA.

 Right over there is the counter where you order or pay bills, but usually may crew naman na lalapit sayo to get your order and sometimes ask for payments and others.

 Very nice Wall Art para akong nasa loob ng resto sa Itally.

Wide space also yung store, i think kasya ang 50-100 na katao dito pag kumain...

Well that's the crew going back to the counter, galing yan sa amin nag dala ng bills for payment,

I just gave him my GC's...

Almost 1 box pa yung na take-out namin busog na kasi.

Star Papaya

First Encounter to see a Papaya with a star shape inside,

I was so Amaze by what i have seen tonight,

                                     

this papaya was my mother in laws fruit from her farm (ILAYA in bisaya) in Mabini ,

Cabadbaran City. The Papaya is so sweet when we taste it...

My baby really likes the taste and shape,

She also make a pose for it...

CUTE!!!

She ate it all up, di man lang ako tinirahan ng konti. hahaha

Well its ok, veggitarian kasi siya, she don't eat fish and meat.

Puro gulay lang, mabuti na rin yan, kasi yung iba nga di ba hirap pakainin.

What's a PEZ ?

PEZ HISTORY

Pez was first marketed as a compressed peppermint sweet or candy in Vienna, Austria. It was invented in 1927 in Vienna by a candy maker namedEduard Haas III. Haas invented peppermints using family owned baking powders, and decided to serve the mints in small, hand-size containers. He manufactured a small tin to hold the mints, similar to the modern Altoids tins. The first Pez mint dispensers, known as "regulars," were similar in shape to a cigarette lighter, and dispensed an adult breath mint marketed as an alternative to smoking. They were invented by Oscar Uxa. Haas Food Manufacturing Corporation of Vienna was the first to sell Pez products.

World War II slowed marketing and production. In 1945, manufacturers devised and promoted the Pez Box Regular. In 1952 Eduard Haas introduced his product to the United States, and Curtis Allina headed Pez's U.S. business. In 1955, the Pez company placed heads on the dispensers and marketed them for children. Santa Claus and Mickey Mouse were among the first character dispensers. Since 1950, over 1500 Pez dispensers, including the original character dispensers, have been created.

Pez vending machines were used in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The first German machines were introduced around 1954 and were produced by DWM (Deutsche Waggon- und Maschinenfabrik) and GWS (Georg Wiegandt und Söhne), both of Berlin, Germany. Machines were later introduced in Switzerland and then in Austria, in October 1956; these were produced by Glerios / R.Seipel & Co. and/or Theodor Braun (Vienna).

In 1973, Pez built a factory in Orange, Connecticut, USA. In 1983, Scott McWhinnie became the president of the Pez company. He retired in 2003. Joe Vittoria became President of the company in 2004. Around 2005 the size of the original factory was doubled and the Pez dispenser line was expanded. In the mid-1990s peppermint flavored Pez candies were reintroduced along with remakes of the 'regulars'.

In early 2006 the family of the original founder of the company bought back 32.5% of the stock from investment company PGH for €18M. They now own 67.5% of the company. The headquarters are in Traun, Austria. The Pez candies are produced in Traun and Orange, Connecticut, USA while the dispensers are produced in Hungary and China.
